Ended 2018 with these two cuties! Alex & Katlyn had an intimate wedding ceremony with their families at the Fairmont and it was perfect. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Campbell!

Can’t believe tomorrow is my last wedding of 2018! This will be my third elopement of the year; I love capturing these intimate ceremonies ❤️

My #topnine for 2018 is a bit different than my past years in business. To be honest, I felt super uncomfortable at first when I realized all the photos that were my top-liked were personal, and not professional. However, I quickly became overwhelmed with gratitude —these nine little squares right here show that you all value my story, too. Last year if you saw my feed, it was perfectly curated — color coordination, detail shots, not many photos of myself, etc. I realized pretty quickly that this wasn’t going to work for me because it felt disingenuous. As we all know, life is not perfectly curated. Some of my photos that were top-rated were snapped during some really dark times, but I look at those photos and am reminded of the light. Thanks for supporting me & my story this year — it sounds silly but it helped me get through hard days and become a better person and business owner. I hope when you look at your #topnine it’s a representation of YOU and some of your most important pieces. Hopefully I was just lucky enough to have captured some of those moments for you and your family.

Can’t believe this was two years ago! Kaitlynn Carter posted about needing a photographer for her David’s Bridal dress try on and my lovely friend @alannan5 suggested I reach out (link is in my bio if you’d like to see more). It was such a fun day and I ended up meeting Kaitlynn’s sister Lindsey (on the left in this photo) who became one of my 2017 brides! And yes, I did meet Brody Jenner at her wedding 😬
